  • How do I use the new support manager?

    To submit a support ticket, you can login to your myAYK account and click the "Submit New Ticket" link. There you will be able to pick what department you'd like to submit it to and what priority it should be.

    Alternatively, you now have the option to email us directly with your request and it will open up a ticket for you automatically. To get the list of emails for our support departments, please submit a ticket via the panel first. We do not publish these emails to cut down on incoming SPAM.
