The new myAYK panel runs on the Ubersmith platform. To make things a little easier and more straightforward for our customer, we have decided to combine the Helpdesk and the billing side of things into an all-in-one portal. From your myAYK account, you'll be able to view, submit, reply to support tickets as well as pay and view all of your invoices. There will also be detailed records of your communique with our staff as well as what services you signed up for in the past as well as canceled.
Furthermore, you will be able to see all of your servers' status through the portal. We will be able to setup monitors to ping your servers automatically as well as monitor port 80, pop and much more!
