RDP into your server as Administrator. In IIS > RightClickWebSite > Properties > home directory > Configuration > you should see there with what file extensions are opened with.
Then resetup .asp extension to C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\asp.dll
and checked both checkboxes and limit verbs to GET,HEAD,POST,TRACE
