It takes up to 72 hours after registration for the domain name to propogate through out the internet so all of the computers can see it.
You also have to make sure to properly setup the nameservers on your domain to point to our machines. In most cases it will be something like:
ns1.ayksolutions.com
ns2.ayksolutions.com
